Chicago, Tokyo out of Olympics running

The International Olympic Committee today eliminated Chicago and Tokyo as contenders to host the 2016 Games. Still under consideration to host the two-week sporting spectacle are Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Madrid, Spain.
