'Wild Things' movie upsets some parents

Parents may have fond memories of Maurice Sendak's classic children's book, "Where the Wild Things Are," but some are not pleased with the movie. In the middle of a matinee viewing, James Griffioen said his 4-year-old daughter asked, "Why is this movie so sad?" But movie critic and parent Jason Avant praised the film as "a real depiction of how a kid acts."
